Owner
Theo Vassilikopoulos is the founder and owner of Football Management Services (FMS). His passion for developing the game - both on and off the pitch - has shaped a career built on connection, opportunity, and international experience.
Theo currently holds multiple key roles across Australian football, including:
General Manager - Soccer de Brazil (Australia)
President - Brisbane Elitefoot (Futsal Club)
Vice President - Federation of Australian Futsal
JDL Club Liaison - Canterbury Bankstown FC
President - Canterbury Bankstown Futsal Club
Beyond his leadership in Australia, Theo has represented the country on the world stage as Team Manager for the U13 Australian National Futsal Team at the 2025 Futsal World Cup in Brazil, and Team Manager for the U20 Australian National Futsal Team at the Futsal World Cup in Spain.
Through FMS and his wider football network, Theo has sent multiple players overseas for training and trial opportunities and has organised over 10 international tours, taking more than 500 players and parents to footballing destinations including Spain, Brazil, Thailand, and England.
Driven by a belief in football’s power to unite and inspire, Theo continues to lead initiatives that strengthen pathways, grow the culture, and open global doors for Australian players and coaches.
